Wilton Basic Cake Decorating Class 4

The instructor was so impressed with my skills *pop ma colla'* that she challenged me to a double layer cake. Ok she didn't so much as challenge as she did ask...nicely. Anyway everything was great until we came upon the roses *hate 'em*. It took me forever to do them and I still haven't mastered the technique as yet...and i do use 'as yet' loosely...anyway here is the final product.
